What’s Coworking?
Coworking is a open and collaborative affordable work space for mobile professionals. Its a place for people to gather that often work on their own, but understand and value the benefits of working besides other smart and friendly people. You’ll learn new ideas and be better connected compared to working alone.

Coworking is designed for mobile professionals that often use a laptop. You should also be friendly, sociable, and enjoy sharing some ideas. Traditionally coworking communities have been used by freelancers, graphic designers, writers, developers, bloggers, start-ups, and telecommuters that often work from home.
Coworking is not for everyone so we also recommend that you give it a try for a day for free.
Where are you located?
Creative Density is located at 1719 Emerson St. Denver, CO 80218. We are in the Capitol Hill neighborhood near some fantastico restaurants, cafes, and local shops.
Is there a long-term contract contract I have to sign?
Nope. All of our plans are month to month.
Can I ride my bike?
Of course! You can lock it on our back porch or bring it into our bike room in the back so you know it will always stay dry. Plus, you can also use the Creative Density bike share pass to quickly bolt around town.
Is there parking?
We have 4 spots behind the building and free 2-hour outside our door and the surrounding blocks. If the spots are full and you know it’s going to be a long day then there are plenty of parking lots within 3 blocks that charge $3 per day.
Is the place secure?
Creative Density is a staffed and secure coworking community. We have a security system in place when the place is empty. It is an open work space with lots of friendly people, but we do recommend that you take traditional safety precautions. You are responsible for your own belongings.
I need solid internet, do you have it?
We have the autobahn of internet connections. A fiber connection of 40/20 is pumped into our back door with plenty of room to add more lanes.
How do I pay?
Creative Density accepts all major credit cards (via Paypal), cash, and checks. We recommend going to our Membership page and selecting the plan that works best for you and clicking on the ‘pay now’ button. This will direct you to a subscription on Paypal.
Can I have a private meetings there?
Yep. We have a 6-person conference room that can be reserved for free up to 90 mins by our members. If you need the time for a longer period of time then the rooms can be reserved at an unbeatable rate. Non-members can also reserve the room for a reasonable rate when its free.
What are your hours?
Generally, 8:30 to 6 M-F. If you are in the groove every once in a while and want to stay longer then just let us know. We’re flexible and allow the full time members to stay as long as they want.
What are the rules?
We are a community and follow the general rules of society. Be kind to your neighbor. Give back as much as you receive. Don’t be creepy.
If someone makes the larger community feel unsafe or uncomfortable then it will be dealt with accordingly.
Do you have private offices?
You have a small business that needs a little extra privacy but still want to be part of an awesome community? No problem. We have rooms for you to claim as your head quarters. Just contact us for information and pricing.
Can I keep items there?
If you need to leave a monitor here then you can. The only rules are that other people can use it when you are not here. We’re a community and sharing is always fun. We also have a fridge for all of your goodies and a bike room. If you need more space then we can chat and see if we can work something out.
What about people talking on the phone (loudly)?
If you are anticipating a long phone call or video conference then you can head on up to the phone booth(room) for some extra privacy. We encourage people to be polite and considerate of other people being productive and quietly awesome around you.
What if I need to focus really hard and meet a deadline in peace quiet?
Creative Density has a quiet room in the back with three work stations. You can close the door behind you and shhhh……When you are done you can emerge and share your amazing accomplishments with everyone.
Do you have a printer / copier / scanner?
We sure do. It’s intended for small daily activities and not for printing off books or annual reports.
