Think of the Quickfire Hour as your creativity dojo/gym/bootcamp. In one hour we’ll explore different aspects of creativity and innovation, and flex creative muscles you didn’t even know you had.
Just as exercise is an important part of physical fitness, creativity is an important part of mental fitness. Quickfire Hour is a great way of fitting in some creative time for yourself with a fun and diverse group. The best part is that you’ll learn ways of incorporating creativity in your your daily life.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a right brain person or a left brain person, an artist or a business person, a designer or a developer, a freelancer or stuck in a cubicle. Creativity impacts all of our lives. In the end, we are all creative… or at least need to be.
Every session will cover a different topic, and have a completely different set of exercises, making each session a unique experience. Don’t worry about bringing any materials; I’ll supply them. All you need to bring is an open mind, and a willingness to think outside the cubicle.
